Sologistics Spotlight: Fayeann Lawrence, CEO
Welcome to Sologistics Spotlight, an inside look at and celebration of the Sologistics team! This first spotlight is on our CEO and Founder, Fayeann Lawrence. Faye’s vision, expertise, and passion for renewable energy technologies, equity, and diversity in the workplace, and entrepreneurship continue to impact solar in New York and beyond significantly. Here are some highlights of her leadership.
Fayeann founded Sologistics during a formative time in the New York solar industry. She recognized the gaps for greater efficiency in the New York City solar market and dedicated herself to creating solutions. Permitting solar in NYC is complex, and with Fayeann’s vision, Sologisitics effectively streamlines and expedites the solar design & engineering, permitting, and interconnection processes for clients. As a result, Sologistics has now facilitated over 9 MW of solar in New York alone. As a certified Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise, an inclusive and diverse culture is central to its values. This culture strengthens Sologistics with the proven benefits of a diverse workforce and nurtures an environment of success. Sologistics success results from Faye’s clear vision, leadership style, subject matter expertise, professionalism, attention to detail, and passion for solar. Out of the ten Sologistics Guiding Principles, Faye’s favorite principle that guides her every day is following through on our commitments.
